It was a common punishment for little girls who were reluctant to mess their diapers.
Feed the girl with laxatives, or pop a suppository up her little hole and tie her up with a spreader bar. Soon, willingly or not, she’ll be pushing out all that mess into her diapers and she’ll be left for a while to enjoy.
After a while she’ll be messing herself regularly like a good little girl to avoid the humiliation of punishment
